Please contribute to less waiting times during sign in at the races by printing off the forms that apply to you, completing them, signing them in the appropriate spot and bringing them with you to sign in.

2. PARENTAL/MINOR PARTICIPANT WAIVER
All riders under the age of 18 years must have their parent or legal guardian (only legally notarized guardians accepted) sign the Parental Waiver prior to racing a CMRC sanctioned event. The rider is also required to sign the Minor Participant Waiver. If the parent cannot attend the event, download a copy of both waivers, have the parent sign the Parental Waiver and provide a written explanation as to why the parent could not attend the event. Both the Parent and Minor Participant Waiver need only be signed once per year.
