2012 CMRC LICENSE

1. It is mandatory that riders who are under 18, and their parent or guardian, complete and send in the 2 page minor/parental waiver form along with their license application. The license app(s) will not be processed until the ADRA office has received the form. On the form, leave the description and location of scheduled events blank.

2. Riders applying for a CMRC competition license will be required to ride in their highest classification held in a recognized motorcycling organization. Penalty may be denial of license and/or loss of any accumulated points.

3. Make sure to sign the waiver in the appropriate spot on page 2 of the license application.

4. Make cheque or money order payable to ADRA and mail application and payment to:
