Location: Alix, AB.

Track Name: Xtreme Raceways Ltd.

Directions:

From South of Red Deer: Take Hwy. #2 Exit onto Gaetz Ave. Turn right at your first set of lights to head East on Hwy. 595. Take Hwy. 595 until you reach the Hwy. 808 North, approx. 15 kms. Take Hwy. 808 to the STOP sign and turn right on Hwy. #11. Take Hwy. #11 East for about 25 km until you see our signage and follow to the track.

From North of Red Deer: Take Hwy. #2 until the Ponoka turn (Hwy. 53). Go past McDonalds and the fairgrounds. Head out of town for approx. 2 miles, take first right Hwy. 815 (south). Go to STOP sign, Hwy. #12. Go East until you see the Haynes sign (approx. 8-9 kms). Go South (right) until Hwy. #11, go East (left) until you see our signage and follow to the track (8-9 kms).

Description of the Track: 160 acres includes MX track, mini track and free ride areas.

Track Name: BUMP - Barry's Ultra Motorsports Park. BUMP is a privately owned Riding facility (bikes & quads do not require plates, insurance or lights).

Tracks/Trails Description:

Four (4) Motocross Tracks

Frank (Main) Track -
Over 3 km in length, 26 corners, 19 jumps (singles, doubles, step downs, step up, etc), rhythm section, elevation changes, etc.. (Partial closures due to track improvements; under construction sections will change throughout early season)

Elisabeth (Ladies/Beginner) Track -
0.8 km in length, elevation changes, no jumps, lady and kid friendly. Easily accessible from staging area and trails. Berms and table top jumps planned for early summer in 2010.

PeeWee 1 -
Easily viewed from pit area. Elevation changes, corners, a kid-favourite.

PeeWee 2 -
1 peewee sized jump, small loop mx-style track that continuesĘon to a trail through trees to introduce kids to off-road riding in a safe environment.

Trails

Frank and Elisabeth have designed and cleared over 40 km of off-road trails set on a scenic 640 acres. The existing trail system incorporates elevation changes, previous CMRC harescramble courses (partially marked), water obstacles, bridges, alternate routes, lady-friendly loops, etc. Loops/trails to suit every level of rider - from ladies to first-timers to pros. As trails are natural terrain, they are maintained on an as-needed basis. Windfall trees may be left in place as obstacles for riders seeking more challenge.

Directions:
1. From North Edmonton: Hwy 2 north from St. Albert to Hwy 651west on Hwy 651 -- 20 miles to Range Road 14south on RR 14 -- 1 1/2 miles - entrance to Pit area on west side of RR14.

2. From South or West Edmonton: Hwy 16 west from Edmonton to Hwy 44north on Hwy 44 to Hwy 651west on Hwy 651 - 10 miles to Range Road 14south on RR 14 --- 1 1/2 miles - entrance to pit area on west side of RR14

Fees: (We accept Cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Debit)

a. Family - $300 (immediate family - children 18yrs & under)
b. Single - $200

2. Day Fees:
a. Large Wheel Bikes & Full Size Quads - $30/rider per day
b. Ladies, Small Wheel Bikes/Quads - $20/rider per day

3. Camping:

a. RV's/Trailers - $15/night
b. Tents - $10/night

Location: Brooks, AB.

Track Name: Brooks Motorcycle Park

Directions: One mile south of town. Follow signs to Silver Sage Riding Arena.

Description of the Track: Track consists of medium to hard pack soil with various table tops and double jumps. Lap times are among the longest in the province with times around 2:20.

Location: South East Calgary.

Track Name: Blackfoot Motorcycle Park, operated by the Wild Rose Motocross Association.

Directions: Take Deerfoot Tr. (Hwy 2) to Glenmore Trail and exit west. Take your next exit north on Blackfoot Tr. Turn Right (east) at the first lights on 58th Ave. Turn left (north) on Burbank Rd and follow into the park.

Description of the Track: Three motocross tracks of varying difficulty, a peewee course, a mini bike track and a flat track oval (non-knobbie rear tire required) highlight the park. The soil is medium to hard packed.

Club Membership Info: To ride at Blackfoot Park you need a valid Wild Rose Motocross membership or you can pay day fee. Memberships can be purchased at the track when open. For the latest membership and day fee rates please visit our website or call our recording.

Hours of Operation: Normal practice hours are 4-dark weekdays and 10am to 6pm weekends and holidays. The park is open some months on Wed and Fri from noon to dark. The park is always open weather and conditions permitting, check our recording for the latest updates.

Location: Drumheller

Track Name: Drumheller Off Road Vehicle Association (DORVA)

Directions:

Heading to Drumheller from Hwy 9 (North)- turn right (East) after the Drumheller Institution, onto gravel road. Follow gravel road around Stampede Barn and Chuckwagon track to the DORVA gates.

From Drumheller- go passed Jurassic Inn on Hwy 9 south, at the top of the hill turn left (East) onto gravel road. Follow it around to Stampede Barn and Chuckwagon track to the DORVA gates.

Description of the Track:

Pee Wee track - a simple oval track for beginners.

Intermediate Track - consists of moderate table tops, doubles and woops. Loved by dirt bikes and quads.

Main Track - all new Fall of 2009. Consists of table tops, woops, doubles, triples and off cambers with major elevation change. One of the longest tracks in Alberta.

Description of the Track: A GREAT ALL ROUND TRACK FOR BEGINNERS UP TO THE PROS. NICE WIDE TRACK, SAFE JUMPS, TIGHT CORNERS. LONG SET OF ROCKERS, TABLE TOP, STEP UP, TIMING SECTION

Location: Lethbridge (Raymond), AB

Track Name: Temple Hill Motorcycle Park

Directions: Approximately 20 kms south of Lethbridge or 3 kms north of Raymond From Lethbridge, take #4 south to #845. Watch for sign after the grain terminal. Turn south on #845. Turn west at Vet Clinic and go 2 kms west. (Look for the communications towers on the Hill)

Parking/Camping: Enter through main SW gate.

Description on Track: Sand to hard pack. 1.8 kms in length. Lap time of approximately 2:10. Good and wide with multiple line corners. Natural whoops, up hill, down hill and flat. Good variety of smooth landing jumps. Right hand sweeper off a dirt starting pad. Good, natural elevation changes. All weather track. Temple Hill also has a dirt oval track, a pee-wee track, an Arenacross practice track and trick jump area with ramps.

Club Membership Info: The Lethbridge Motorcycle Club membership is $75/year for a family and $50/year for single. Gate keys are $200/year (March through Feb) with the opportunity to "work off" $100 with 10 hours of volunteer track labor. Hours of Operation: Temple Hill is open everyday (weather permitting) except for Wednesdays during the day, event prep days and event days. HOURS: Monday thru Saturday 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM, Sunday 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM in accordance with the County of Warner Noise By-Law # 873-09. Persons in violation of this by-law can receive fines from $200 - $10,000.

Location: 6 miles N of Taber on Highway 864.

Track Name: Taber Motorsports Park

Directions: Go North on Highway 864. Cross bridge and apporx. 6 miles North. Track is on East side of Highway.

Description on Track: Family oriented track. Large, challenging track as well as smaller 50cc track to which improvements are currently being made. Fenced playground/sandbox area for small children.

Club Membership Info:

$200/yr. for Individual Membership, $300/yr. for Family Membership. These can be purchased at Outback in Taber. Day Passes are $15/day for each rider. $100 deposit that is refunded when key and bands are returned. Day passes are available at Shell on Hwy 3 in Taber or at Outback. Opportunity to work off $100 of your membership fee for assistance at the track during races and at work party.
